FAQ

When will we receive our photos? 


You'll receive a link to a digital gallery that will allow you to download high resolution images. 


Highlight Images will be available within a few days and your full gallery will be available at your two month anniversary.

How long will my gallery be available?


Your images will be available in your online gallery for 30 days. Images will be archived for a period of 3 years.

Who will be my photographer?


Maryel and Alfredo will capture full wedding days and their assistant photographers, Airianne and Austin capture reception. For couples looking for a more affordable option or less hours of coverage other than a full day, Airianne and Austin will be your Lead Photographers for the time contracted.

FAQ

We love your work and want to book. What's the next step? 


Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 1 week before the wedding.

How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves? 


Galleries typically include anywhere between 400 and 800 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on Facebook as long as you credit us and link to our website

When do you charge travel fees? 


We do not charge any travel fees within Central Florida. We typically do add travel fees to any wedding outside of a 100 mile radius from our home in Winter Haven, Florida. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.
