The Process

1. Chemistry Is Everything

We love meeting with our couples before booking, to discuss the details of their day, wedding day vision and answer any questions. We promise it will be totally laid back. We want to hear all about the two of you and get to know you a little.

2. Booking Us

If you absolutely must have us as your photographers, a signed agreement and $600 non-refundable retainer is required to book your date and all of our collections have payment plans available for your convenience.

3. Pick our Brains!

After you book your wedding, we are always readily available to answer all of your questions to put your mind at ease. You have never done this before and we are here to hold your hand through the process. Don't hesitate to reach out anytime. It's your day and its a really big deal to us.

4. Let's Talk Timeline

About Two months before your wedding, we will schedule a timeline meeting to go over all of the logistics of wedding day and to make sure we are all on the same page for wedding day. We will then elaborate a Wedding Photography Timeline for you to pass along to your Planner and or Coordinator, Vendors, Bridal Party and VIP's.

5. Wedding Day

We will arrive on wedding day early enough to set up lighting at your reception and proceed to capturing all of the little details that make your wedding day particularly yours and according to your wedding photography timeline. We will be as discrete as possible and help wherever we can and make sure that you are as stress free and have as much fun as possible. It is your BIG Day and a great reason to celebrate every aspect of it with you.

6. After Wedding Day and Beyond

Photo delivery time varies depending on the season with peak season being the spring and fall. The average delivery time for a wedding is 6 weeks and can be up to 8 weeks during the peak season which is the Spring and Fall.
